Please note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.
